The Zezula Foundation, Inc. is a §501(c)(3) public charity registered with the Internal Revenue Service. EIN 93-4842735. The Foundation solicits donations across the United States. Many states require charities that solicit donations from their residents to provide specific disclosures or to be registered with that state's charity regulator. Important note: Charity registration laws vary by state and change over time. The Foundation is in the process of registering in all states that require it. 100% of designated gifts. Donations designated to a specific program area (Housing, Education, or Cancer Research) are used entirely for that program. Undesignated gifts are allocated by the board across the three program areas.
