The Zezula Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity focused on three areas: affordable housing, childhood education and cancer research. We're new and we're small, so we choose depth over breadth — and we report on the work in an annual letter each January.
What we do

Housing
Working through Fannie Mae's HomePath program, the aim is to acquire and rehabilitate distressed single-family homes as safe, affordable housing for families.

The Zezula Foundation was established in late 2023 on a simple thesis: a small institution, run with the discipline of capital markets and the patience of a long-term builder, can do things that are difficult for governments or large nonprofits to do well.
We focus on three causes because focus compounds. Each January the foundation publishes an annual letter on the previous year's work; its filings are listed on the Financials page.
