The Zezula Foundation prohibits retaliation against any person who in good faith reports suspected violations of law, IRS regulations, or the foundation's policies.
Concerns may be reported confidentially to the board chair via:

Concerns may also be reported to external regulators (the IRS, the New York Attorney General Charities Bureau) directly. The foundation will not interfere with such reports and will not retaliate against parties who make them.
The board chair will acknowledge receipt of every report within five business days, investigate or refer the matter to outside counsel, and report findings to the full board.
