Dear friends, supporters, and community partners,

At The Zezula Foundation, our mission is simple yet profound: we give homes to those without, educate children who are left behind, and fight cancer with cutting-edge research. We are here to make a real difference, one life at a time. Looking back on 2025, the foundation is filled with pride and gratitude for what we achieved together — and excited to share these milestones with you.

A new chapter in housing.

Fannie Mae's HomePath program

In 2025, the foundation built on a transformative milestone of obtaining membership in Fannie Mae's HomePath program. This access enabled us to purchase and rehabilitate distressed homes, turning them into safe, affordable housing for families in need.

By strengthening local communities, we are doing more than restoring buildings — we are creating spaces where hope flourishes and lives are rebuilt. This remains a cornerstone of our mission, with even greater impact ahead.

Expanding our reach.

A partnership with JPMorgan

The foundation continued to leverage its funding partnership with JPMorgan, which amplified the reach and effectiveness of our work. Thanks to these resources, we expanded educational programs further, providing more children — those overlooked by circumstance or systemic barriers — with access to quality education.

Education transforms lives, and with JPMorgan's ongoing support, we are unlocking brighter futures for even more young people.

Running for hope.

Supporting Fred's Team

Our dedication to cancer research advanced meaningfully in 2025. The foundation proudly supported Fred's Team during the New York City Marathon, contributing essential funds to colorectal cancer research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

Every stride taken by participants brought us closer to hope for those facing this disease. We remain committed to fueling groundbreaking advancements toward a cure.

A shared journey.

None of these accomplishments would be possible without you — our donors, volunteers, and community partners. Your steadfast support inspires us to aim higher and achieve more. As we step into 2026, we invite you to continue this journey with us.

Together, we can create a world where everyone has a home, every child has the opportunity to thrive, and every person battling cancer has hope.

Thank you for believing in our mission. Here is to an even greater impact in the year ahead.

With heartfelt gratitude,

Mateusz M. Zezula
